As a homeowner in the Franklin-Palmer Estates subdivision, and as a member of the Franklin-Palmer Homeowners Association, you are responsible and liable for the annual dues assessment for your lot. Dues are used for snow plowing and salting of our subdivision roads, maintenance of our common areas, and other miscellaneous subdivision expenses.
2018 Dues Must be Received by March 31, 2018. Your lot balance is stated within your notification letter received via U.S. Mail, mailed the week of 2/5/18.
Dues can be paid online (click Pay Dues on website). If you wish to pay by check or money order, please send the bottom portion of your due notice and make your check payable to “Franklin-Palmer HOA”.
