Howdy, neighbors! 2026 dues will be mailed by the end of February, and will be due by March 31, 2026. If you choose to pay online, on time, the HOA will waive the $2 fee!
Additionally, please be aware that our HOA Board is in need of volunteers. We have several officer and trustee positions available. This is a great way to make a difference in our community, and only requires a few hours per year for most positions. Please consider volunteering by emailing president@franklinpalmerestates.com or by attending our Annual HOA Meeting later this year (June). Without volunteer support, we risk a management company taking over in 2027, which will without a doubt result in higher annual dues, among many other changes. We are actively trying to avoid this and are grateful to our current HOA board officers who have stepped up to fill interim positions to help us continue as is in 2026.
