As a homeowner in the Franklin-Palmer Estates subdivision, and as a member of the Franklin-Palmer Homeowners Association, you are responsible and liable for the annual dues assessment for your lot.
Dues must be paid by March 15, 2019. If you choose to pay using PayPal (prior to 3/15), the HOA is waiving the $2 fee.
