2021 HOA Dues are $75 and due by March 30, 2021. If you choose to pay on time via PayPal, the HOA is waiving the $2 fee.
As a reminder, homes that have past due accounts could face a lien being placed on the home. Please contact the HOA directly if you have questions or need to make arrangements for past due accounts at treasurer@franklinpalmerestates.com.
